The kids are occupied taking all of their toys out of the toy box and scattering them all over the house. Toys which I had all picked up about 3 hours ago. But, at least they're occupied

That's shitty!! You ALWAYS have to ask permission to do anything when we want to go out.

Maybe you should do that one night. I'll pick you up and we'll go have a carefree night and leave the phones OFF.
