I had to spend some time thinking and now my thoughts are starting to coalesce. I'm not great on the public face of activism. Ever since I went to an Iraq War protest and found pro-marijuana legalization and other issues signs, I didn't like going for the mixed messaging. Well, I for one hope you'll reconsider posting your thoughts here. I don't know you, and can't actually recall what prompted me to add you to my LJ list; we're at very different stages of life, and I'm only minimally on LJ anymore. BUT I do enjoy your political posts -- as in finding them interesting and thought provoking.

I am also trying to work out how to respond to the election results. How to support the causes that are closest to my core. But I too am not much of a public activist.

So for what it's worth, I'd be interested in the fruits of your journey.
