I think (if I actually make it this round), I'll include the paintings of the artist that inspired me, because I looked up vermeer just now and these icons MAKE SO MUCH SENSE. espcially the ones with the black spaces, and yellow is also a recurring colour! I think your inspiration really shows :3

I actually do have a folder with the particular paintings that inspired particular icons saved. Maybe I will add that now, it is a good idea! I am so, so thrilled that you mentioned the black negative space and the yellow because those were definitely two of the major inspirations. Thank you!

Wow! I love the simplicity of these as well as the wonderful vibrant colours you used!
I think you've picked up aspects of Vermeers work very well!
Awesome work!

My favourites are 10, 12, 13, 17 & 20!

i'd say you did great! i'm a huge vermeer fan so bonus points for choosing his work for your inspiration :)
#1, 5, 6 and 10 are my favorites. i really like how clean they are!

Oh no! Good luck getting started (and finished). I was really stuck at first too. For me it was a big matter of finding the right art inspiration to suit both what I am capable of making and my claim. I just picked little things to adopt, like in 2 it was the yellow and the profile shot that link back to Vermeer whereas in 10 it is the domestic setting and the window. Basically what I am trying to say is that I think it is easy to get overwhelmed with this round so just hang in there and keep trying!
