I have been drip watering my plants overnight. Unfortunately, the water had not made it to all of my transplanted lettuce plants. Sooooooo, I moved my soaker hose, hand watered the ones that were not in the same area. Maybe they will survive, only time will tell. It sure would help my grocery bill this summer if they do ( Read more... )

OUCH! *sends you some of the rain that just started up again* I snagged a cherry tomato plant today, and two big/sturdy resin pots for 'em. Even managed to transplant them and finish just as it started spitting from above. *does happy-wolfie grow-tomatos-grow dance*

AND ya, still jealous you get a summer vacation. ;)

I have been reviewing home videos. I will be sending them to you soon. I just heard you singing in high school in TX. Talk about a flashback.

Wow, I can't wait to step into the time tunnel those tapes will provide. I've been itching to get my hands on all of those tapes for a looooong while now... before they continue to degrade. I'm after those, as well as a chance to go through the old TV movies & "recurrent" recordings we used to do. A lot of that stuff is no longer available... like... at all.

Thanks for the heads up! Will start looking into converting options sooner, vs later. *rubs paws excitedly*

Don't get too excited. Craig was a lousy videographer, IMO. Very often he films everything BUT what I wanted to see. (you or David, or Katherine) But that may make for some interesting editing options.

Have a few more to view then I will be shipping them off to you, hopefully this week. There is one that has a really bad spot on it (David's 8th grade graduation) but it gets better after a while. I think that one was a tape of something else that we recorded over. I can't remember what TV show was at the end. Nothing thrilling.

I found the Dot and the Kangaroo, etc tape. Found a whole tape of the Olympics (in the trash). Not sure what else there is yet.

Since it rained again last night, that will be another job for today.
