Hi, im a sophomore in hs and i just recently started pole vaulting. I was wondering if you had any tips to offer or certin muscles i should be working on making stronger. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
well pole vaulting is something that is more technical than muscle related. worry about your form and technique towards the beginning of the season. the height will come later. bad habbits come out of despritness. right now, focus on your form and learning how to jump correctly, it will help you tremendously in the long run. also, try working your abs alot. a strong core always helps in pole vault.
