I like the friendship you're cementing between Buffy and Jim. It'll be good for Jim to have a friend like her. He'll need the team of Buffy, Bones and Spock to keep that ego in check. ;)

That all being said I like the domestic/normalness of this scene. It shows how established their relationship has become. Very sweet!
