It is extremely fun doing large artwork. Even if I never tried cover art before so I am still a bit uncomfortable.

Oh...Oh...*intake of breath, unable to breath*

THAT'S AMAZING. And you got the Overacker shot, too!!! M'God. Can I link this to my next Dazzleland post? I don't know what the protocols are for using such amazing, beautiful...generous *flails about for proper words* images. Tell me what to do with it!

Squee!!!! I'm so HAPPY that you like it!

I've been thinking of using the Overtacker shoot since I saw it, but the break to actually use it in a meaningful way came only during the night (after our talk), and I hope the art is evoking enough of your story.
So, see you are inspiring :D

I have no idea if there are protocols. But this is yours so you do all you want to do with it. The only reason I posted it in my art journal is because I wanted to show off it is easier having all the art I do in a journal.

*flails happily*

This is beautiful, Smilla. It has the feel of a real poster for a gritty, moody movie. The collaged images make me want to keep on looking at it, leading my eye all around the picture. You and Photoshop are a force to be reckoned with, I think.

Thank you SO very much for taking the time to comment. Yours is a valued opinion and I cherish it. Even if most of the merit goes to Dazzleland that is gritty and moody and thus inspiring. I feel happy with how it came out like I don't feel with most of the "art" I do. So again, thanks!

I don't see myself as an artist, more an ... artist in progress, maybe. But Dazzleland is such an experience and sort of gave life to this all on its own.
