I'm going to start working really hard on figuring out the fingering (piano bits) for a bunch of Elliott Smith songs. I absolutely love his style of playing. Starting your day with Lou Reed's Perfect Day is a nice way to go. If I had a clock radio and it was a harsher song I'd use it as my alarm. Maybe I should invest in a clock radio and use QotSA's Burn the Witch as my alarm. That would be fantastic. Even after surgery my rat is dying.
My boyfriend's grandfather died. He's in New Mexico for the next two weeks.
My brother is getting divorced as of yesterday (for certain).
I am so anxious I can't hardly breathe.
and now I have to go to work.

We got something like 4-5 inches of snow today. I was so excited about it this morning.

At work we have nothing but hardwood floors...not good for snow... So, I spent all day moping the floor with a dry mop trying to dry things off.
