I think I remember people saying the glitters were okay to use and micas blend right into clear polish or whatever
As for wearing them... Yes, you could, but the thing about micas is that they aren't actual eyeshadow. They require binders and fillers to get to a final product. Simply wearing them can often lead to wear issues. They are pretty much the step before finished shadow. It is mostly done this way so a company can customize as they please. Such as if they are a vegan company and only want to use vegan products etc :)
