I am SO TEMPTED by this. Did you find the base made a huge difference? I liked my UV top coat but I wondered if a base would have made it even better. I preferred to use mine with regular polish.

The foundation, top off coat, and color itself are each very sticky after being cured, so I think it did help bond each layer and make it stay.

I really love this stuff. The only regret I have is not springing for the bigger stuff the first time. LOL. But I figured I would try before I buy.
