1. My ick-a-body is getting chunky and hard to use, what can I do to thin it out and make it useable again? For Audry is doing the same thing

You can use thinner to make polishes less goopy again. Sally's sells their Beauty Secrets brand, which works great! Just don't use acetone -- it will ruin the polish.

I agree with the above comment - zoya makes a thinning produce "renew" that works well too.
