Sometimes it feels like I've been here for so long I can hardly imagine what it would be like to go back home. Wouldn't it seem just a little bit more boring? But, of course, everybody says you'll lose your memories when you go home. Yeah, that would be ideal. But I'd like to think what the present is is secondary to the fact that there's anything at all.

I know it will probably happen to me, but I don't want it to. Because your memories change who you are, right? It would be like playing a video game and levelling up and then having to turn it off without saving.

I would like to think that's true. If anything's certain about this place is the uncertainty - or something like that.
