FIREFLY'S KAYLEE FRYE
Kaylee is just ridiculously adorable. There is no if ands or butts about it. You have to be completely messed up in the head to not realize it. She's not just adorable as hell though, she's tough! She has this kind of personality that you are just drawn to and if you knew her in real life you'd absolutely want to be friends with her. You can tell she values friendship. You can tell she's a free spirit who doesn't take life too seriously. You can tell she can hold her own and call people out when she needs to. Whether she's flailing about a pretty dress or she's flailing about ship parts, she just has an amazing outlook on life. Have I mentioned she's adorable though?
SANCTUARY'S NIKOLA TELSA
WHAT IS THERE NOT TO LOVE ABOUT THIS MAN?! I'll spare you my angry face at the fact that he isn't around nearly as much as he should be. Seriously all I ask for this Christmas is that he be around way more in Season Three than he has been in the past two seasons. This man is stunning, flawless, amazing, etc. You can't help but laugh when he's on the screen. He's a cocky sonuvabitch but you (or at least I) still can't help but love him. He's a sharp dresser - what woman can seriously turn down a man in a tie? - and has an even sharper tongue. He doesn't BS. Telsa is a BAMF and a GQMF. In other words Nikola Telsa is a BAGQMF. Oh and he's anything but normal.
FRINGE'S WALTER BISHOP
Oh Walter! Walter is a special character. Literally in one scene he can have you dying of laughter and then in the next your tears are welling up because he's breaking your heart. For being a "crazy old mad scientist" Walter has a range of emotions that is kind of unbelievable. One moment you think he has the mental capacity (or attention span I should say) of a elementary school kid and the next he is hands down the smartest man in the room. It floors me that John Noble was not nominated for an Emmy. Given what they have done with Walter, I can't wait to see what else the writers have in store for him next.
MISFITS' NATHAN YOUNG
LMAO NATHAN OMG. Okay so I'll be up front here. In the first episode when people were dying I was like OMG I HOPE THIS KID GOES NEXT STFU and the person I was watching the show along with was like WOW R U SRS RN, HE'S AMAZING and I was like lol no. Yes yes he was funny but my god was the kid annoying. Cut to an episode or two later where he was hands down my favorite. The stuff that comes out of his mouth just has me dying. His mannerisms are stunning. I love an actor that doesn't just memorize lines but creates like little quirks for the character. Nathan is hilarious and the season finale of s1 pissed me off soooooooooo bad that I need it t come back already. NATHAN IS NOT YOUR WHORE.
LOST'S DANIEL FARADAY
MY BB :3 Oh gosh I love him so. He's just so twitchy. And adorable. And smart. AND HIS SKINNY TIE. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. I mean really. People say that Daniel annoys them and I want to punch them in the jugular. DO PUPPIES ANNOY YOU TOO?! It's ridiculous. But yes. Mr. Faraday. Stunning tbh. I had heard about him before I got to his season so I was anxiously awaiting him and at first I thought "oh well what if he doesn't live up to the hype" but no, that wasn't a problem at all. The Constant is one of my favorite Lost episodes. Seeing Daniel with Charlotte just melts my heart. Daniel Faraday is just effing precious, okay?! Ilhim. #TEAMSKINNYTIES #HATALERT
JERICHO'S JAKE GREEN
Jake is a man's man. If shit goes down one day I want Jake by my side. He isn't bad to look at either. Then again that just may be his macho manly-ness upping the hot factor, idk. Jake values family and is just overall a good person despite what may or may not have gone on in his past. He comes off really shady in the beginning but then DUN DUN DUN the world may end and he has the biggest heart in the entire town of Jericho. He calls people out when they need to be called out, he doesn't sugar coat anything but when one on one you can't help but melt. He's just .... fierce. Good good guy.
LOST'S JULIET BURKE
I didn't want to double up on fandoms for this but I couldn't help myself. There's no way I can choose between Juliet and Daniel. Hands down my favorite characters in the entire series. Juliet Burke is a BAMF to the core. She gives the best BITCH PLEASE looks, doesn't take shit from anyone, but can also make you AWWWW if she smiles. She's such a multifaceted character. There is so much going on underneath that I think us as viewers really don't even get to figure out entirely. She is vulnerable yet solid as a rock once you put a gun in her hands. I just ... she's an amazing one. AND OF COURSE MY FAVORITE PARTS ARE WHEN BOTH SHE AND DANIEL BECAME BFFS. :3
SANCTUARY'S HELEN MAGNUS
Dr. Helen Magnus. WOW. Can I start of saying that I hope I look as good as she does at 157 years old when I'm in my 40s? DANG. I figured since I already broke my no doubling-up on fandoms rule once I might as well do it again and if ever there were a person to break it for. Helen Magnus is an amazing character. This in large has to do with the actress that is playing her, of course, Amanda Tapping. But Magnus as a character on her own is flawless. Actually, she's not. But that's what makes me love her so much. She's strong, she's stubborn, she's gentle, she has so much heart, she will fight tooth and nail for what she believes in. She's this range of things that only come with living 157 years I guess. She's so intriguing and even with 2 seasons, it's still so apparent there's so much we don't know about her. Also, girl can cry with the best of them. Oh my god. Magnus tears up? I tear up. It's this involuntary reaction that I have no say in. It's magic. Also, her hair is really pretty.
ALICE'S HATTER
Lol Hatter. What is there to say about him. First of all he's just really funny, okay. Next you can tell that despite all the sketchy things he's gotten himself involved with deep down he's a good person. How he's willing to drop everything to help Alice is just so awww worthy. I love that he always has a quick reply to everything anyone has to say to him. He's the kind of guy that tries and put fourth this macho-man-nothing-affects-me kind of attitude but really he's just a softie at heart. Overall Hatter is the kind of guy that should you find yourself in a bad spot you know he could help you out of it, but also he wouldn't be so bad to cuddle with. The ending of Alice is just .... ♥
DOCTOR WHO'S ROSE TYLER
Okay let me preface by saying this that as of last night I have seen a total of Seven episodes of Doctor Who. So I am totally basing my opinions on Rose on those Seven episodes. They may change (doubt it) but I'm just putting it out there. Rose just seems amazing. She has this ... aura and glow about her. You want to smile she smiles, you want to cry when she cries. She's a fun-spirited girl but also has a heart of pure gold. When you see the first episode of the series I think you (or at least I did) expected one thing from her but by the end you realize you couldn't be more wrong or have this woman pegged more incorrectly if you tried. I'm already spoiled for her storyline and I am absolutely dreading getting to that point but in the mean time I will just enjoy the ride because I know Rose will make it an amazing one.
