I'm seriously considering dropping out of school, it sounds bad and bla bla but I know its the best option for me. Like whats the point in staying at school another 12 months reading books that mean nothing to me, writing essays on the Pope, learning about butchers shops and whatever when at the end of it I know what I'm going to do anyway. It'll be another one whole year before you get to graduate am I not right Lee? I think you should just carry on, and study till you graduate. I used to be like you, I wanted to drop out of school last year, but if I did, I wouldnt be sitting for GCE A levels like how my other classmates would. I would miss out so many things. I suggest you continue with school, no matter how much you hate it or find it pointless.

My school was way harder to handle. Most teachers discriminate me (because I'm attached) and I had to study under pressure. It was harder. At least your teachers there dont treat you like how I got treated here.

You really should do how you feel like doing, it is your future after all.
Sometimes I feel like dropping out of school, but I have no idea what else I could do.. so I guess I won't.

explain to them why you want this
put the effort forward and show you want this
ring the places up and make appointments to go see them
take your mum with you, have questions prepared to ask
discuss with your parents how you will pay for it, or how you can arrange for it to be paid for.. if it be they pay and you pay them back so much per week or whatever..
explain why school isn't for you, and why you think this is the best option for you.

good luck
let me know if you need anything
hope the addy helped
xx

If your really passionate & sure you wannna do makeup/beautician, then go for it. you dont need uni for it, so why not? just make sure thats absoultely what you wanna do. my mums friend is a beautician, and works at the hilton hotel, i think she went to tafe for 3/4 yrs. but if you are hesitant, then maybe you should just finnish school, you have more choices/opportunities if you change your mind at all.
