I. Carrie. I have only known you for two years yet I feel like we have always been friends. You're always there to listen or to make me feel better with a cutting remark about someone else. And I really appreciate even if I yell at you more than I thank you. And you can get over your insecurities because you're an incredible person and you have slightly less incredible people to help.
II. "American Idiot" - Green Day Don't kill me. I just think it captures your brand of political cynicism perfectly. Even if it doesn't share the political views part.
"Wonder" - Natalie Merchant Don't doubt yourself. You really are one of the most amazing people I know.
III. You look just like Fleur Delacouer but act? Maybe Julianne Moore's character in Far From Heaven. Same unnecessary facade (the underneath is wonderful) and the same good soul.

I. Alex! We've had our problems, but we've managed to overcome our petty argurments every time. You are the only one who truly gets my humor, although you sometimes think it's a little mean :(. It's because of you that I can acomplish things, because I know you are there for me, and will keep pushing me to bigger and better things.
II. None really. That's because of two reasons. One, I don't listen to music, and two, you are so unique I don't think any artists has captured you well enough in a song.
III. You remind me of the guy who plays Greg Sanders in CSI: Las Vegas. LIke, massively. You two are twins, only, you're younger :D
IV. Self-Righteous. But not always in a bad way. I know that sounds horrible lol but I mean it as a good thing. It's probably the wrong word. I think you know what I mean...?
I. So, you're Jessica and I am very proud to know you. It's been a pleasure getting to know you this year. The only thing I want to tell you is to conquer what I perceive to be your fear of failure. Failure is a really healing thing sometimes. Nevertheless, you are amazing and are one of the best conversationeers I know. :-)
II. "The Sweater Song" - Weezer I feel like small things could cause your world to unravel.
III. You've always reminded me of Hermione. If not her then the main character in Bread and Tulips
Okay, I would have friended you, but I didn't know how...but after that ever so nice response...I set out on a quest to figure out how, which I did, and you have now officially been friended by the Emily.
Thanks, Alex. I feel so special now. And is it just me, or is the theme from "The West Wing" not the greatest piece of music ever written for television? Perhaps because it is the opening to the greatest show ever written for television.
People may think I'm a loser for that being my favorite show, however I could not care any less about what the Chinese...er...people...think about me.

I. Emily. Our relationship has weakened recently but you're still one of the people I trust the most to get honest advice from.
II. The theme from "The West Wing."
III. You're kind of like the Dalai Lama, this wise softie who doesn't care what the Chinese (and for that matter) others think of him (you.)
IV. Mischievous.
