So yes..I went to some naturalist doctor this morning. Apparently I am full of deficiencies. I am an insomniac, and I crave too much sugar and carbohydrates. So now I have to go on this dietary plan, which is all health foods and what not...it will be quite interesting. I have no idea if I will even start to keep it up from the beginning.
