Ugh. Your ex sounds just like mine. The more I learn about personality disorders in Psychology, the more I suspect him of having one. I got so tired of his negativity that I eventually just stopped talking to him, even though I was originally still interested in being friends. Luckily, he doesn't seem interested in speaking to me, either. Maybe you need a break from your annoying ex, too.
