Well I have lots to update about and am way behind on everything but I just have to ask... my sister in law Jennifer went into labor 6 weeks early today. They're trying to stop the contractions but it's not really happening. I'm a little worried and if anyone can send some love down to Louisville Kentucky to her please do so. She's 34 weeks and I

it's pretty early, but this is not 1973, when my bro was born 6 weeks early. Medicine is much more advanced now. I'll send good thoughts her way!

thanks April... you're right and so are other people - freaking out for nothing once again! She hasn't had him yet but she has to be in the hospital til he comes. :( Not sure much else haven't been able to talk to James' parents much today.

Thank you! So far no baby but we're waiting and seeing.. she's in the hospital til he comes. Not sure why or much else at the moment!

One of my nephews, Richard, was born around 4-5 weeks pre, and he's fine. Niece Jillian arrived early too, but only a week or two. The baby will be in the hospital for a few weeks, but should be fine as long as there weren't other complications. Best wishes for Louisville! :-)

richard was 6 weeks early and 4lbs at birth. he had a few health problems when he was little but after about a year he was good. he's now my healthy, obnoxious, bratty little charlie brown! my nephew christopher was six weeks early too but he was 7 lbs and the worst problem he had was jaundice. it really all depends on the baby's development but natal medicine is quite advanced any more. still wish well for all.

thanks for the encouragement, apparently he is 6 lbs... no baby yet but Jennifer has to stay in the hospital til she has him, that's all we know right now. I'm not nearly as worried as I was last night!
