Mark's rules for getting a good dessert in foreign countries
Your best option depends on your country:
Belgium: chocolate from a chocolatier
France: chocolate mousse
Germany: anything with baked apples
Italy: gelato
Spain: cake, especially involving chocolate mousse
I haven't found a good rule of thumb for the UK yet. -

Laura has generated an amazing amount of debris from demoing our bathroom. Does anyone have a truck we can borrow in the next week or two to take the debris to the Sunnyvale dump?
