Man, I wish I could get a 2-bedroom here that cheap! I'm paying 900 for a 1-bedroom, which is considered dirt cheap! Blast this cost of living in LA! I've never paid that little for rent... even for a one-bedroom... 60 miles east of Los Angeles!!!!

I have bad memories of staying in a duplex with my care-taker while my guardian was in Germany for six months. Every night I could hear what was going on in the neighbor's bedroom and I was young then so it disturbed me to no end. Although, for 600/month that's pretty good. Heck, there's a crappy 3 bedroom house next door to mine that rents for 1300/month which is ridiculous. What happened to those times where rent was like 500/month at most and gas was only 97 cents a gallon? Gas over a dollar a gallon?! I'LL DIE BEFORE I PAY THAT.
