Today we bought a new dyson! :) Our old one, which was a wedding present from mun and dad and was awesome has just completely lost it's suction and has a very bad smell coming from it. We've cleaned it from head to toe but I think it's just old and decrepit. Of course, it has a 5 year guarantee and ot's almost exactly 5 and a half years old

Glad you're Dyson lasted so long - they are great arn't they. When we got our first one, I was horrified at the colour change in the carpets - I hadn't realised they were so DIRTY!

LOL! A "fantastic pice"? £200 is good - we paid €250 about 3 years ago but ours isn't an 'animal', just a normal dyson. I think they're dearer here :-(

Great rugby weekend, France won, Scotland won and England lost - what more could you ask for :-) David enjoyed his match - he said he was high up in a corner but had a great view and lots of jovial Italians around him :-)

interesting how our interpretations differed, i though england played rugby and scotland played like a bunch of pussies. oh well.
