I saw it last night! Nobody dies, out of the Avengers. There's no real happy ending either. Not sure how much detail you want?
Stark goes up against Rogers because the former thinks they should sign an agreement for an international oversight committe, which decides when the Avengers go into action, but Steve doesn't think they should.
It's really all about the Winter Soldier aka Bucky Barnes and Steve wanting to save him.
There's no Thor or Hulk, but they do bring in Ant-Man and Black Panther, as well as bringing Hawkeye out of retirement and there's Iron Patriot (Rhodes), Falcon (Sam), Scarlet Witch, Black Widow and Ultron. And they also introduce a very young Spiderman, ahead of his latest reboot.
Lemme know if you want more. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the comics and my brother, who is, hasn't seen it yet because he's my mum's carer and she's not been well, so he didn't want to leave her alone so he could go yesterday.
