I didn't get a chance to read the whole thing (I plan to in a few minutes), but all I could think about while reading some of it was "This is the story of a girl / Who cried a river and drowned the whole world / And though she looked so sad in photographs / I absolutely love her / When she smiles..."
Oh, and also that story that Johanna (sp?) read in English about the girl with the gold bracelet that burned her when she wore it so she had to bury it under the floorboards in her room but the scar was always there and it would burn on and on. ^DAMN RUN-ON SENTENCES!!!
i had to read it a few times over to get that it wasn't about you, really. it seems to me like a slice of life, somehow connected to everyone in whatever way. i know others said it before but now i'm saying it. :P
