NICE! Look natural in the pic, smile like Melissa said, and it will look like you know what you're doing if it's black and white I think. And if you get a D+ or below then you can't get a job, if you have all C-s then you can do it. It's pretty dumb, you'll do fine, you have to be a complete dumbass to not get one of those jobs.
