I was called to a birth today, as I walked through the front door the baby cried her first cry. I was so disappointed to miss this birth, I really like the mom. I want to state for the record that I am very happy right now. I want to write it down so in a couple of weeks when my hormones go into overdrive and I become depressed I will remember that I am happy about this baby. At this time 4 years ago I was getting ready to have my baby... I can't believe how fast 4 years has gone by. Some of the absolute hardest times of my life, some of the sweetest too.

It is very hard to get back into journaling when you have had a few weeks off... I have nothing to say.
