beware the living with best friends situation. look at the ravenna house that me and Brett lived in ha ha. Just make sure that you are all paying equal, all doing a fair share of chores, and you all respect each other's right to privacy, quiet, and a comfortable living space and you'll be fine.

well that could actually make for a little better of a situation because then there is someone that can lay down the law and people will listen because they are the landlord too lol. in our house me and brett would try and lay down the law and people would look at us like wtf? and then keep partying while we would pray the cops didnt show up lol.

I have always wanted to join crew, but never had the time.

As far as gaining muscle mass-- I gained 15 last summer/fall and it went away. I go up and down between 130-145 and it gets frustrating. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah. Ran into your journal through Thai's. :)

I guess just try and be consistent concerning your calorie intake. The more you fluctuate, the harder to maintain any gains. And consistency in your workout regiment is important, and cutting back on the cardio.
