For english class we had to write a poem about a known or made up person. Mine i did on Johnny Damon...check it.....

I watch him on TV as his hair blows in the air,

How I loved when his face used to be bare.

Jogging out to center field to begin the game,

He’ll play in the snow, the wind or the rain.

Here comes a ball coming straight for his face

HEYY! that is an awesome poem!!! Damon is still the man, even though he looks like Jesus! The best part is, supposedly there's a section of the ballpark where a group of guys sit w/beards who call themselves "Damon's Disciples"!!! I thought that was awesome... i haven't been down to Fenway to see him yet this season, but i hope i will soon.
