What's something you want to do with Ginny that you haven't gotten to do yet in her entire City stay? Or, if nothing comes to mind, what's your favorite in terms of things you have threaded with her?

OH MAN. Um, okay. I've always wanted to write her in a non-canon relationship, to be honest. Of course, that wasn't always the case and I would love to have a Harry in-game someday to develop their relationship in a way that wasn't explored in canon, but... Yeah, having her in the City for two and a half years made me think about just how long she'd be willing to wait for Harry. Because in canon, she doesn't pine for him and moves on to date other guys, and I don't see why that couldn't happen here - especially since the time she's spent away from home and away from him is a lot longer than the year in Deathly Hallows. The opportunity hasn't ever really presented itself, though, and I don't play for ships so I'm not going to force it - but if it happened naturally, through a friendship, and she got an in-City boyfriend? Oh man, that would be so interesting, especially if a Harry did turn up in the middle of all that

Sob, I kept getting distracted from replying but I have finally made my way back around. o9 But yeah, sorting out wizarding details does sound like it'd be especially interesting. *____*

My favorite aspect of Alan is the trope he's stuck with, actually, which is "the liar". It's how the author thinks of him, it's how he's named by a demon, it's... sadly how most of the main characters in his canon wind up identifying him. Hilariously, despite being so caught out, he's very good at it--he doesn't lie unless he's working towards a particular cause. So I like blurring the lines between honesty and its opposite with him when I get the chance

OMG I LOVE QUESTIONS LIKE THIS. Okay, so apart from the fact that she would want to take everyone ever home with her (after the war is over, of course) so they can have a Molly-cooked meal and see the Burrow and a real Quidditch game and gnomes and MAGIC, hmmmm

Haha, yeah, the best thing about Christopher Chant's canon is how amazingly easy it is to crossover. I am pretty sure I ran into HP/DWJ fanfic out there at some point

Also, oh Alan and Nick. Family is such a hard thing and from what I know of Nick's history, that is just DDDD: forever. And mindset works just as well as feelings! I was just curious since I'm not all too familiar with the canon and I was getting Tom Riddle vibes from Nick except Tom never had family who cared about him soooo hence the intrigue.

I love, love love looooooove anything to do with the Weasley family. There are all these years before Harry met the Weasleys that we don't know about and all these childhood memories that most certainly shape Ginny into who she is today. Times when Ginny and her brothers must have run around the orchard, picking apples for their Mum to bake into a pie, times when she fiddled with a telephone with her Dad in his shed full of Muggle things, times when she fell off a broom when she wasn't supposed to be on one and lying about how she broke her wrist - that she fell out of a tree, instead, so no one would suspect she was teaching herself how to fly
