Hi, hi. I figured it's about time we sat down and came up with something definite for the future of the police force. I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes with this >.>

You are entirely fantastic.

Unfortunately I can't code anything. I don't have the skills for it. I might be able to come up with a format if we brainstorm about what's needed in it and such.

If you could come up with a format, I could poooossibly manage some coding. My AIM's chatonai for all brainstorming needs, but I don't know how that'll work out 'cause I'm on GMT+1 and most everyone is... not. Maybe e-mail would be easier? Or google docs?
