Philip has the sick pretty bad. Jilly is a lot better. Philip hasn't been able to eat anything at all today, and had maybe 2 bites full of food yesterday. His sleeping is sucking, too, though he's exhausted. Coughing is disturbing his sleep

That's the joy of twins, isn't it? I've had to let things go I never intended to because there's only one of me and two of them. You do your best and they know that, somewhere inside.

Aw, mama. It's ok. I mean, you know that it's ok, but I know how sad it feels for things to happen that way. You are amazing for handling your twins so patiently. Once my husband was away for work and D was eight months old, and it was 3 am and she still hadn't slept. Nothing I did worked. I was so frustrated that I put her in her crib (she'd never slept there before!) with a toy and took a ten minute shower. She cried herself to sleep and then I cried myself to sleep, too!
