Transformers Movie Thoughts

I was pleasantly surprised by the Transformers movie. From the perspective of someone who is deeply invested in the Transformers, I expected it to be bad, but it was actually a pleasant okay. The movie was much funnier and more adult than I expected, and I was able to look at it as a tribute to something I love.

Starscream needed more than one line, but Charlie Adler still packed a LOT of Starscream's character into that one line -- he delivered it with just enough sincerity that Megatron wouldn't summarily smack him down, but loaded with contempt and resentment nonetheless.
