I overslept three seperate naps today. I'm not too happy about that, but today my energy is far more uniform than yesterday. At 1:00 today I found myself wondering when sunrise was so I could go running, and I'm still waiting. I would go for a walk now, but I fear being eaten by a raccoon or something. I guess you are right about all that extra time. however, how are u feeling? I am a bit dizzy and redeyed last time :) How are your eyes doing? also as red as one of a rabbit?
I hope u are doing well :) Try to eat more. this will help a bit. and no coffee! maybe only once a day not more.. Another thing is that if u are smoking - u better stop. same counts for drinking and other things which destroy ur immune system.

I don't smoke or drink, so those aren't a problem, and I'm getting over coffee. Even if it's decaf, though, my body treats it like it's caffinated. My energy peaks and then crashes just 'cause I've drunk hot brown water-- how unfair!
