Day 7-- I think...

Aug 22, 2006 03:17

Guh. My will-power is weak. After deciding with typical near-intoxicated sleep-deprived logic that a few hours of sleep wouldn't hurt, I proceeded to sleep from 4:00 to around 14:00. Bloody. Freaking. Hellfire. All my progress down the toilet, says me ( Read more... )

Hi.

You can do it. just believe in your self. If you still fail - consider switching to a schedule with a core sleep.

For me it's nice that I have NO dreams any more. This stuff we are doing should be used to prevent nightmares tho (not that I had nightmares ever...) %)

Hey. btw.. did u already expirienced your body has it difficult to heal any of your body problems? for example skin.. no? coz I have. This means that my immune system fucked up. too bad for my body - I wont stop :)

Any way sleeping from 4 to 14 is a very bad idea.. U are also right that this oversleeping thing makes u dizzy and sick.. it is always so.. even with the mono schedule.

Hope u are doing well..

If I can't get the hang of this hexaphasic business by the time school starts, I'll definately look into a core-sleep schedule. I know that I can do it. Set-backs like this'll just make it take longer. Sigh!

I love dreaming, espescially lucid dreaming, but since most mono sleep isn't REM, I figure I'm not missing out on much. Before starting this schedule I was at the point where I could vividly recall about three dreams or more every night. Hopefully when I'm better with this polyphasic business I'll be dreaming more again.

My immune system seems to be fine so far, but I've been taking care to get exercise, drink lots of water, and take vitamins every day. I felt a bit ill around day 3, but that was probably just sleep deprivation. Huh!

Rawr, so I'm still going to try this, and I'm glad you've got this thing, 'cause now I know what NOT to do.

Haha, glad to be of service. That's why I'm writing about it.
