Glad to hear that. welcome to my world what can I say? :)
However 3 30 hours of core sleep may be not that good for you.. 3 hrs is better since it is exactly two sleep loops :) 1.5 hour nap is also way to much... consider switching to 2 naps of 30 min.
My schedule is 30 minutes nap every 6 hours and a core of 3.. this is 4 hours a day in total. could be the best for you I think... may be not :)

Anywayz have fun!

I wouldn't be able to do your schedule-- I need a complete 8-hour, sleep-free block for school-- allowing for time to get there and back and some extra for staying after classes.

I'll experiment with the length of my core, though I realized right before lying down that it was about 2.33-ish cycles, which seems dumb. I woke from it an hour ago and I'm not having any problems yet, though most of that hour consisted of reading and lying down. >.< Dangerous, I know.

Hey, Pooka,
Are you still alive?

I'm very sick at the moment so I'll post to my journal not earlier than I will recover...
You are also sick or what?

I'm still here. School has started up, and I'm trying to choose a college at the moment, so I'm pretty busy. My dad suggested that I return to monophasic, and I reluctantly did. Alas!

Hope you feel better soon!
