i think that the single most important thing i've learned at college has been what a waste of time and what a hinderance making assumptions is. but i still forget all the time and find myself unnecessarily judging people... so thanks for reminding me.

and i'm really sorry about that incident. i can imagine how frustrating/upsetting it must be...
