My advice to you is start stretching to get flexible, get your stamina up start running or doing some sort of work outs that will help you increase your indurence (routines are usually only about 3 minutes but you will be suprised on how much indurance you will need to get through the whole routine without feeling like your going to die). What school are you trying out for? Do you know what style pom it is? I wish you all the BEST of luck!!!!!!!!!!!!! :oD
