You know what? This is so funny, but when I read this, I kept thinking... "It's not Matt! It's Sylar! It's Mr. President all over again!"

But that's just me, I guess. -.-;

Oh! I didn't even think about that possibility.

But it makes me think that if had I written it that way there would have been some sort of scene like this:

Mohinder knows that when a person loses a limb they can sometimes still feel the pain from their missing piece. Mohinder doesn't remember what he lost, but he knows he must have lost something, because he feels an intense aching pain in his heart.

He often finds himself curled up in the guest bedroom, holding one of the pillows, but only when he is alone. And he's always alone, even when Matt is home. For some reason, he thinks that if Matt finds him this way he'll lose the small comfort he gets by being there. When the feeling gets very bad, he hums a lullabye his mother used to sing him just to hear the sound of something human.

/end small scene

I just don't think Sylar would be willing to share...

Haha... well, I thought it would be like Sylar because it's like, Mohinder KNOWS something is wrong, he just can't place it... and if we assume that at that point Sylar had killed the shapeshifter and the Haitian, then he would have the ability to make himself look like Matt, and could steal Mohinder's memories of him killing Matt.

o.O

Conspiracy bunnies eat my brain.

^^I just wanted to add, especially the details about Molly going pale and Mohinder filling all the cups with tea. That really sent it into "Mommy, hold me now" territory.

Glad I could add some creepy into your day!

When I saw the part of the episode where Matt starts casually using his powers to stay on the murder case and make Molly eat her breakfast...well, slippery slope you know? I mean that obviously leads to forcing everyone to do everything all the time. :)

Whoa. That's definitely dark and a little creepifying with evil!Matt there, using his enhanced mind-control abilities like that. Poor Mohinder, knowing something's wrong but can't figure out what, only that the something is someone he loves. I wanted to cuddle him after this.

Still, you placed a very creepy atmosphere for our boys to be in, and it was written well.

Thanks a lot! I could totally see the potential for this type of thing, but I think he's to much of a good guy for this to happen on the show.
