so lately my sleep schedule has been all out of whack. i've been staying up until 3 or 4, then sleeping until 1:30, which i hate doing. last night i decided to put a stop to it by staying up all night and today, then going to bed early tonight and thus getting up early tomorrow. i don't know why i always think i can do this. somewhere in the no-man

oh gosh me too
i start school a week from tuesday and have been planning on knocking myself out w ambiens early tuesday night so as to get up early and start a 'normal' (ie academic) sleep pattern....funny, though, drugging oneself to bed doesnt sound so 'normal' when you say it out loud. sheesh. there should be meetings for people like us. lol.
