I believe there is one female in SIGMA. Out of 24. However, I have tried to find the full membership lists and all I get is the same five or six illuminati. Maybe they are so secret so not the evil unnationalists won't do something treacherous against them.

Niven said a good way to help hospitals stem financial losses is to spread rumors in Spanish within the Latino community that emergency rooms are killing patients in order to harvest their organs for transplants.

“The problem [of hospitals going broke] is hugely exaggerated by illegal aliens who aren’t going to pay for anything anyway,” Niven said.

One could, instead, spread rumours that visiting a hospital or sending your kids to school would result in a visit from HS and deportation. Of course, spreading rumours would be unethical, so it would be better to actually do this. (I think this is more a 'get the illegal immigrant' measure than 'save hospital budget' measure, but it is happening in parts of the US.)

I think this is partly Niven doing his usual 'take an idea to the limit' thing.
