I've been feeling more refreshed than I have in a long time. A thanks to all who caused my eyes to close in weariness. Also beat Rosier at Wizarding chess today. He took his loss in stride. Well actually he overturned the table but there's no need to rub salt in the wounds. After all I wouldn't want him to smother me in the night just to spite ( Read more... )

Three-quarters of this page is covered in splotches, lines, and various other undecipherable doodles. The center is almost totally covered in ink, as if Emmeline emptied out the remaining contents of her ink bottle onto the paper.

Oh ho.... and who's the child now huh?

But you prove my point to the letter! I'm right! I'm always right!

I told you it would spread!

The Plague is coming, the Plague is coming!

What say we run through the halls shrieking that and see what sort of fuss we can stir up?

And was that an invitation for me to doodle in your journal again, Memmy-Lot? Not that I need an invitation of course, being myself, you can't resist me. Or my words. Spoken or otherwise. [/Private]

I'm not being childish. I'm merely proving to you just how annoying your earlier behavior was. May you never try it again.

And no, you may not doodle in mine. Mark my words, if you do then it shall be war. And the nicknames! Stop this nonsense!

You are too being childish.

Are too!

Are too!

Are too!

Hah, see? It's my opinion three times over that counts more than your one!

And my behavior, previous or otherwise, was never annoying. Why, that doesn't fit into my description. It's not a part of one's vocabulary when describing me. Annoying indeed. Shall we try for some alliteration with your name then, Memmyline?

Elegant Emmeline... No that's too nice. Must find something that will get a rise out of her! Emerald Emmeline? No that's reminding me of your frock at the Yule Ball that one time... Again too nice a thing for this current moment... Hmm... Eerie Emmeline? No only when you catch me looking at you... Effortless Emmeline-wait I'm not supposed to be praising her here!! Come on wit, you can't fail me now!!... Elfish Emmeline?... Then again she might clock me for that one... Emotional Emmeline only applies when I'm driving you crazy and while it ought to be a legal and paid occupation... No. Not too applicable. Encouraging Emmeline... while extremely true ( ... )
