Okay...so we had a Food Day at work and I brought in chili. :) I was fairly well pleased with the way this batch turned out, and the people here descended upon it like a school of pirahna in a feeding frenzy. I'm VERY pleased with that reaction

Oooh hey, I've been playing this lately too. :) I just got the Platinum edition this weekend which replaced my lost SoU disk and got me HotU. :)

I highly recommend playing with two henchmen, though. While the combat help is nifty, the dialogue is fun. I've got Deekin and Daelen and it's amusing to have the little kobold bard and big half-orc barbarian discussing whether or not Daelen should be immportalized in one of Deekin's songs. I'm considering opting out Daelen for Linu at some point just for variety and since I loved her story from the original official campaign.

I'm playing a Rogue/Shadowdancer. I think I'm 7/8 right now. I just got to the third level of Undermountain, so I haven't gotten too far in. :)

Just made 21st level last night during a brief stint of NWN. Sorcerer 6/Fighter 5/Dragon Disciple 21. I even changed my character model so that it uses the Succubus instead of what I originally picked, pretty neat.

I'm actually going to get the Platinum Edition on DVD for the bonus content, then give my old copies of the game to Forge@CCM so he too can experience the joys of NWN.

I love Deekin, he so rocks. BUT...what I'm doing is testing myself to see if I can beat the game Solo. :) I'll occasionally summon my pixie familiar, but only if I want to open some locks or disarm traps. :) I agree that the NPC interactions and stories are neat, but that's not the point this time around if that makes any sense. :)
