just make sure you don't start doing sit ups too soon. i hear it can do weird things to your abdomen if the muscles haven't fully come back together in the middle.

Although my stomach about 90% subsides after having babies about a week after they are born, it takes months of hard exercise to make it less floppy and droopy.
