You could also say the Devil's Snare is kind of Diary-y, with its insidious snaring ways. And Harry gets his favorite broomstick in Book 3, the last book where Quidditch is fun. Except 6, it's pretty fun in 6.

I just read this chapter today! Now I'm on Book 2!

Yay, Book 2 ahoy! Well done!

I didn't find Quidditch that fun in HBP; I can't say I even remember it. Wasn't most of it just Harry looking forward to the "Hurray, we won!" post-match hugs with Ginny? As I recall, Harry was so over Quidditch that he considered skipping a match to go stalk Malfoy. Or is that not so much Harry being indifferent to Quidditch as it is Harry being unhealthily obsessed with Draco?
