Jahreskonzert 2014: Musikkapelle Ohlstadt

Two weeks ago while we were in Ohlstadt, we were privileged to attend a yearly concert of the Musikkapelle Ohlstadt, the town of Ohlstadt's musical association. Dagmar Diwok, reporter for the local newspaper, alerted us to the event and accompanied us to the hall where it was held

Oh I love the costumes and the embroidered braces on the guys' shirts! It looks like a really fun night from these piccies :-)

All that is traditional Bavarian dress and is worn for any special event or just for going to church or out to dinner!
