It is my pleasure to announce to you all that after seven long months, construction on groesbeck is finally coming to an end. i witnessed the workers actually removing the barrels from the highway and the paint truck was ready and waiting.

today was our first day working in the hosp.
it was sweet, b/c i was helping this one nurse who graduated from cvhs so she knew all about med careers and stuff.
i didnt do much, just watched an EKG and a stress test prep, and then she told me about the nuke machines and showed me the cath lab, where there were 3 cases going on at once.

today was awesome. for the first time in a really long time, our whole family was home together.
even if it was just a day, it was frickin' awesome.
it made me realize how much i miss my brother and my sister sometimes. and all the time we spent together as little kids in the backyard on the swingset or rollerblading in the basement. it made me think ( Read more... )

this weekend was interesting.
im kinda sad the riot wasnt mentioned in the newspaper. i wanted to read something funny.
muskegon was ridiculously wet. but we did pretty well.
aaand im tired. i have auditions tomorrow, and i totally didnt practice, cuz im totally getting last. sweet.
