It's a chinese symbol of the letter "Y".. b/c they didn't have symbol of the question "why?" in the book of chinese letters at the tattoo parlor- besides.. it would be three symbols instead of one which equals more money.. and lol.. of course.. more pain..
i tried looking online for a picture of it but the chinese alphabet doesn't exist (?). who knows.. lol
