   Damn that ash cloud! It's heading right here and it might very well be a no-flight zone tomorrow! And if not here, then definitely in Paris. Seems like our journey is doomed...
   We'll try not to lose hope. But right at the moment, I feel like hurling myself onto the floor and crying.

Unfortunately, there are no direc Prague-Tokyo flight, so we have to stop at Paris. But we shall see. Maybe it works out in the end. *all hopeful*

Could you change your flight as to stop in, I don't know, Moscow instead of Paris? (I have no idea who flies to Japan and from where.) Or is it too late for that kind of manipulation?

Unfortunately, there's no chance for this. We'll see whether our flight gets delayed or not and what will the airlines tell us.
Maybe we can still make it fine. Some 24 hours to go.
