God said unto them, "Ye shall not promote the spread of crappy music, for that is an abomination"

I offered to burn a copy of Linkin Park's CD for a friend, because hey, burning a cd, only takes me a few minutes. But then I started thinking, this is one more Linkin Park cd that will exist in the world because of me. Does this count as a mortal sin? I think there's a good chance I just moved ahead in the queue for eternal damnation ( Read more... )

Hahaha XD

But it depends what God's music tastes are.

I think I'm halfway headed for eternal damnation and halfway headed for heavenly euphoria. I wonder if God likes violins... *ponder*

Burn the person something like Mad Caddies, then offer to burn him more C.D's. If you can turn him to ska, you will sercure yourself a place in the after life :-)

Is Linkin Park not bopper music?

Yes, the japanese like a lot of teeny bopper music. So do australians, for that matter. That doesn't mean they all do.

Uhh... Define teeny bopper music. Does that include hip-hop, R&B and rock? Cos the Japanese do love their hip-hop, R&B and rock also. Take The Brilliant Green. Although they are a bit poppy, they are more alternative than teeny boppy. And Utada Hikaru? Eh I guess she's poppy too. But with an R&B flavour. And well, my brother listens to lots of Japanese hip-hop/rap so that's that. But I mean The White Stripes and such were popular when they toured Japan also, I think. And they like Regurgitator also I think.

I don't know why, but I feel offended. Wait! Perhaps because I'm Japanese AND I happen to like Linkin Park. I feel outnumbered. Help, help! I'm not really offended, well, I am, but it's nothing against you. I'm not trying to be evil or anything. And I'm not offended that people don't like LP. I don't care if people think less of me for liking LP, but I do care that people stereotype the Japanese. Seeing how I am one.

Although I CAN admit the teeny boppy aura does ooze from many Japanese.

I don't know what I'm saying any more! *

meep ... sorry I didnt mean to offend. I'm just speaking from my rather limited knowledge of the japanese, which is slightly affected by the present japanese company I currently keep. As far as im concerned you should stick by what you like:-) (its what I do).
