I don't know what to say, Jim's blog was the first one I read on LJ and his words and enthusiasm for his life and the city gave me the inspiration to start my own blog here. I can only start to imagine the anguish all this is causing; I am sending all my best wishes and positive thoughts to Jim, yourself and family members.

I still have a candle for you both. *hugs* to both of you. I wish I could be there to help. Jim is so fortunate to have you Ray - as difficult and miserable as this is to watch happen, you are giving him the most precious gift anyone can ever give. I know there is nothing else you could do but take care of Jim when he needs you -- but thank you for taking such good care of him and looking out for him.
