2005
Ah 2005 :) it definitely just flew by, lots of ups and downs - a year to remember. I can’t believe how much has changed in the course of a year, how many things came and went, how people walked in and out of lives, relationships strengthened and so many weakened. I just hope that 2006 is a year to clear up bitter feelings, keep friendships intact and better them, and begin a new chapter. Definitely very anxious/excited about this year - graduation & beginning college, I hope good things come of all of that & I really wish everyone a great year. 2 0 0 5 - great new years party, started off with a sleepover at pri’s house and getting icecream afterwards and whatnot J and then there was the ice skating, meeting mr. camera. There was the new freedom of being able to drive the minivan like a grandma hah, and the first t-town trip w/ pri in the random hours of the night, the bathroom experience, etc. jalapeno poppers every freaking other day, cheesecake every two seconds, lots of pribee bonding time. ‘studying’ at star bucks daily, the ‘guys’ incident heh, receiving frustrating phone calls that resulted in being hung up on :O, the march rain deal & the awkwardness/good things that followed, awkward star bucks @ fashion square experience, followed by the cheesecake factory and shakily driving home like a madman, driving around with my raniii dilisha - “biaaaaaaaaaaaatch”, the squeaky/dorky voicemail & numerous prank calls, SAT classes aka grabbing the practice tests, ditching, and kicking it in random neighborhoods, then the pre/post sat bonding time with my rani. And then “I have sooooo much to do”, losing voices and squeaking it at the top of our lungs, tsunami fundraisers/Baja fresh aka the biggest flop ever, the infamous lime slushes at sonic, tp-ing and sleeping in a parking lot, a new addition to the family - tinkyyy, blasting a whole new world/ im so into you and screaming it around pv mall, licking lips/laughing till we almost peed at desert ridge, amaaaazingly fun convention in april in el paso - double pictures of “grandma” and the children results of random people, Mexican spike, yeaaah toast, etc. getting the love of my life jasminee - corolla - and getting even more freedom and peaceful driving alone time, driving lisa for the first time & the dairy queen night, russell peters & what followed, a month in India, sitting next to mr. harsh the whole time & getting lotsa bonding time, armpit’s “hand reading” “k..e..a..e..d..p..” one of the funnest nights ever clubbing at the Marriott - elevators, menthol eww, piano :D, tushar kapur!, anupam kher ahhaha. Meeting ranii, & urmila, definitely good times, pani puri obsessions in Bombay, shopping up the wazoo, hookah experiences in the coolest places with the family, oh man. Getting sicker than a dog and almost going deaf - dear lord, the slightly unconscious flight home & meeting sukhwinder singh & baby love whatever’s best friend, getting my near meeting with jay sean :( . oh and then there was the rest of the relaxed summer, actual hanging out w/ camera, iceskating yet again, some hella pimp times with amyy, annoyances with pri’s limited hangout time lol, hair dying/ getting the hair dye off :) w/shann, working at the hyatt for a total of two weeks, meeting mike and the connection hahah, getting the MULLET and the sadness that followed & still continues, finallyyyy becoming a senior and the amazing babli/bablita/bhavika time :D laughing so hard/vomiting outside the cheesecake factory ahahahhaha, the restaurant/store business, the birthday hangouts after school every other day lol, meeting another mike & hooka boy and our hook ups that came from that, sneaking our dear friend in the trunk off campus, sonic every dayyy, the day feeling incomplete if Mariah carey didn’t play in the car, then the transition to Costco and sneaking in/feeling way badass, sick school days aka pv mall/ihop, plotting scam ideas aahahh, “vraaaginaaa”, “ill pelt this atcha”, “what does a guyyy have to do to get some head around here”, being freaking insane and weirding out almost everyone around us, the creation of “fauxch” and introducing it to urban dictionary.com, “we sleep now because we don’t have boys to talk to at night anymore” loll, LMGMO, doorbell ditching & the frustration of not getting caught, ruining the car & ditching class w/ the crew to get it fixed - all the car shops & finally the buffing (and creepy flirting). The complete lack of actual holidays this year, thanksgiving night & shopping at 5 in the morning hahh, just like heaven, pooh/piglet bonding, ahh and definitely cant forget about the "magical thing" in the guest room, the complete amazement with sucha thing, lisas surprise party/mexican restaurant & the contorted faces ahahah, the many names for solano, etc… 2005, oh man, what an odd year.
